A favorite saying of mine is an oldie but a goodie:
If you always do what you’ve always done, you’ll always get what you always got.
We’re creatures of habit and we have personalities and natural tendencies. We do things certain ways because we always have. It’s comfortable and safe.
Hacking is about changing things to improve them or make them work better for your needs. If you believe your methods and systems and habits are the pinnacle of your potential, then you’re missing out. You can make tweaks that might take you out of your comfort zone, but in return they will give your productivity a boost.
Hack yourself, and watch things improve.
