Your Work Should Be Hard

I like easy projects. Who doesn't, right? You get so good at something that it takes you 50% less time to get it done, yet you can keep your rates the same. This is the secret to earning more as the years go by. But repeating the same types of projects over and over can be harmful to your overall skill set. Like a weight lifter who only works out his upper body, limiting yourself to one or two types of client services can leave you ill prepared for future challenges.

Grow. Learn. Flex all your muscles. The more you can do, and the more often you can do it, the more valuable you become.
